| The last few years I have tried to limit the meat I eat, making Christmas and pleasing the needs of my meat eating family difficult! I have compromised in the last two years but really looking for a meat free suggestion for the main meal that will satisfy everyone. I would welcome ideas for recipes tried that was well received by all. Should I just make lots of a) roasted vegetables and nut loaf or b) compromise and cook fish again |
