Interests
I'm a lifelong musician. I learned Viola when I was four, and could read the staff before the written word. I also got familiar with piano as a supplemental instructional tool to teach theory. In middle school, I joined the school band and picked up the alto saxophone. I was accepted into the competition jazz band, where I moved from alto to tenor sax, and the district orchestra, where I played baritone sax. I added soprano sax to my list in high school, performing award-winning solos in a nationally competing group. I began teaching myself stringed instruments, eventually learning under the tutelage of my father. I became a very competent guitarist, and applied my decades of training in theory to learn bass guitar. I continue as a versatile bassist to this day after over a decade of experience with that instrument.
Music
Throughout adolescence, I became more of an outcast, and was increasingly persecuted for my cultural upbringing (I suppose you could say I'm a second generation Goth) and lack of theistic absolution. My musical taste tends to reflect a darker, more haunting and sometimes sinister flavour.

Kind of sucked into SWTOR at the moment, but only free-to-play. I play some of the classic console games on emulators on my PC from time to time...
