I am a 21 year old submissive male vegan. I am really into music and I am very into animal rights and advocating the animal rights philosphy. I consider it completely irrational to base the right to live, the right not to suffer, and the the right not to be a slave on whether a being can talk to us, has morality (which we can't really prove that non human animals don't have and some studies have proven that some animals do posses what appears to be morality), and what species the being is. I think it would be much more rational to base these right on whether a being wants to live, wants to be free of suffering and doesn't want to be a slave.
