I won't stand for vague theories or woolly thinking, demanding disciplined and clear thought from his colleagues. Given his acuity at spotting omissions or false assumptions, it is quite likely that the project will need redefining, before i am willing to go ahead. So if you want to make the best use of my abilities, make sure you give me plenty of notice to plan out my approach - give me all the information, and then trust it to my judgement to deliver - trying to pressurize me just won't work! Once he is committed, however, I will go directly for my goal, playing by the rules, with a sound evaluation of the work involved, and the end result will be of a high quality. Whilst holding a great respect for rules and regulations, I will strongly oppose them, if I feels; they are discriminatory or unnecessarily restrictive. Whilst I will endeavor to be attentive, understanding, and to accommodate the needs of other people, I'll only go so far as is necessary to support a practical, visible purpose. I am not interested in abstract, theoretical generalizations; he maintains a balanced focus on the real issues at hand. Whilst not given to aggression, I will actively defend his point of view against any amount of pressure, and is not afraid of challenging authority when he feels the necessity. i am accomplished, almost professional host at home; he applies the same precision to organizing a dinner as to organizing a military campaign! being intensely aware of the impression his guests will have, his living space will be meticulously organized both for work and for fun!
