Video Games
Im still on a PS3, but I've got some hours on that damn cursed machine!! I used to be all about Racing.. Gran Turismo, etc.. Then Guitar Hero... Damn.. I got entirely too hung up on that series!!! Fuckin' smoke machine, lights, big screen TV, guitars, drums, mics... Looking back it was all pretty stupid, but I had fun and made some people laugh along the way. I think I may have made a few people cry, too, but probably cause I dedicated a jam to them... And killed it!!! (not because my guitar playing was that bad. Trust me... I was a goddam rock GOD for my brief stint at the top! Haha) at least I try to remember it like that. If you ever saw me play and you saw otherwise... PLEASE don't ruin the dream for me!) I did UFC, Heavenly Sword, Just Cause 2, Infamous... a bunch of online games... Then my roomate tossed me a hand-me-down stack of disks.. and so began my FPS run.. I'm completely engulfed in the Fallout Series and going back to explore the maps and try for some of the more difficult quests I half-assed or failed initially.. Other than that, I don't game much..
Music
Mostly heavy. Not necessarily heavy metal, but heavy, dark pounding bass and beats. I like to feel the music I'm listening to in my chest.. if I have to listen to tunes on my Bose headphones because everyone in the house is crashed out, I like to be engulfed in the rhythm and progression of the songs I choose, mores than whatever the lyrics are and even less dependent on the melody or the 'hook' that most mainstream radio music requires to be played on the air.. I don't get tired of 'grunge', and Audioslave has some great songs, older Pearl Jam, Pantera, Too Short, Dub-Step, Goodness and most indie Butt Rock, Evanescence, GodSmack, Marylin Manson, System of a Down, Velvet Revolver, Marys Danish, old school Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Bob Marley... shit... I'll find a good song or two on just about any album...
