I'm not gonna lie: I'm a geek, and proud of it. Computer games, reading sci-fi and fantasy, sci-fi/fantasy movies, I love it all. I'm an amateur fiction writing, mostly sci-fi and fantasy stuff. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the occasional drama or romantic comedy, but the sci-fi/fantasy stuff is my bread-and-butter.My taste in music is wide-ranging, my preference has always been classic rock. Give me some Queen, KISS, or Metallica any day over most of the modern stuff. My favorite shows include Mythbusters, NCIS, House, and Pawn Stars.Did I mention I spent two years training in the culinary arts? That's right. I can cook.I moved to Las Cruces from Michigan at the beginning of this year looking for work, and found a great job in auto insurance claims helping people, with plenty of room for advancement, and I can see myself moving up in the company and be happy doing it.My move from Michigan put me in a long-distance relationship, which I just got out of when I found she was not being faithful. Thus I'm not looking for anything too serious at this time. I'm more just looking for a friend with benefits, and maybe see what happens from there.
