I work hard and play harder. I spent my professional career in a very demanding environment that did not come without certain sacrifices along the way. Today, I enjoy running my own company that includes it's own set of demands on time and energy. Growing up on a farm I learn hard work and determination early on. My conservative upbrining taught me to save and plan for the future. However, a sense of humor will carry you a long way and without it I wouldn't have survived some of lifes challenges. I believe in having fun, living life to its fullest and not sitting around whining or complaining about lifes difficulties. Just deal with it. I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, boating, camping as well as quite times dining out or just relaxing at home. I am NOT into the bar scene and never have been. That's a waste of time. I love to travel. I look forward traveling more and hopefully having a partner to share this with. Relationships are important to me from family to friends. I am grateful to my parents who stuck by me when times were rough and instilled in me a positive attitude of accomplishement. In relationships commitment, trust and honesty are paramount and without it, nothing else will work. I beleive relationships are built on being supportive of each other, encouraging each other and respecting each others unique qualities and independence. Both can be a better person because of the benefits of a healthy relationship. I also love to try new things and embrace new ideas. Every year I try to go somewhere I haven't ever been before. I have accomplished many of my career goals in life and look forward to one day having a partner to share life with. I like to smile..... so maybe you can smile with me.
