Hailing from the wretched hell that is Richmond, Choke Chain formed 6 years ago by rhythm guitarist Matt Wells. As with any band, members were weeded out to form a better sounding, and more reliable team. There's 2 1/2 years with current line up. The band has played all over Virginia, with some of Virginia's finest unsigned metal and even some nationally known bands.
