VandenBoogart, David L. "Daisy" VandenBoogart, David L. “Daisey” Age 66, of Menasha passed away Saturday, July 08, 2006, at Franciscan Care Center, Appleton. He was born August 30, 1939 in Little Chute, WI to the late Lawrence and Lucille (Welch). He attended St Johns Vocational School for the Blind. David was a caring and open-minded man. He was always willing to help others in need and was very loving to all who knew him. He enjoyed spending time with all of his children. David also was very energetic and was always on the go. There was nothing that could stop David from succeeding in the things he wanted to accomplish. He also enjoyed listening to TV. He also enjoyed time spent with his cousin Richard Vanhammond; especially trading things, drinking together, talking about old times and many other things. He will be sadly missed by his seven children: Anna, Steven, Douglas, Katie and Lucynda VandenBoogart, Tuesday Ehrgott, Debbie (David) Wilcox ; four grandchildren; four sisters and one brother; previous wife, Lisa Collar; and also many other friends and family David was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Vicky VandenBoogart; and a close friend, Terry “Fuzzy” Akie. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 12, 2006, at Valley Funeral Home with Father Dennis Ryan officiating. Friends are welcome from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the service. I finally found the obit for my great grandma.... like i told my bf today her an i didn't see eye to eye to well but the last phone conversation we had was actually a good phone conversation something we really never had. I feel really bad that I didnt say my last goodbyes to her like everyone else did. I know it didnt hit me when i found out, it was like oh well she passed away an not suffering no more, shes up by my father an those too are probably yelling at eachother or doing a make up love thing for all the arguments/hates they had in the past. I do miss my Great Grandma. She was a good women but stricked an didn't really like people that were not perfect like her. Well i suppose i gotta get at least 2 hours of sleep here gotta move in the morning an wait for cable to come to the new place an then go to work. An off to Milwaukee I go on Thursday morning at 8am im soooo not looking forward to it grr... but anyways... Nighty night. ~Shorty~

My great grandma passed away at 12:30 this morning at a hospital in milwaukee. She had emphzema. I will be in Milwaukee all day thursday an hoping to spend the rest of the day when i get back round 6pm with my man of my life! My great grandma an I really didnt get along, she always cut my father an i down. She never did like my dad cause he got my mom knocked up at a young age an my so called mother ran off to him cause she was young an in love with my father when my father was 30 something years old an she was 17 years old. ~shorty~
